What data is collected and for what purpose
Website contact form. Name, email address, organisation, message. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you are a business professional, to follow up commercially. Legal basis: A.G.I.R.’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries it receives.
Digital business cards. If you provide your contact details on a card (name, email, telephone number, optional photo), these are used to contact you again. The IP address and browser details are recorded to prevent misuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Business relationship and operator portal. Contact details of representatives, contracts, invoices, portal access credentials. Purpose: to fulfil the contract, issue invoices and grant access to the portal. Legal basis: the performance of the contract and our accounting obligations.
A.G.I.R Fleet indoor platform. The headsets and PCs in the room transmit their model, serial number, workstation name, battery status, storage capacity and game details (experience, start time, duration). No data on players is collected. Purpose: to operate and maintain the equipment and to calculate fees. Legal basis: the performance of the contract with the operator. We recommend that operators do not name a workstation after an employee.
Website audience measurement. Visitor statistics provided by Matomo, hosted by A.G.I.R., with your consent obtained via the Axeptio banner.

Customers and operators: for the duration of the contract, then 5 years.
